Return Policy
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Personal care items, intimate apparel, and customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
